Digital Products
All products available on Digital Academy are delivered digitally and may include eBooks, PDF notes, study materials, guides, templates, recorded courses, downloadable resources, and other educational content. No physical products are shipped.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally considered final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer.
However, refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
